Basking in the Sun

I sent Olivia outside to eat her popsicle.  When I came out to check on her, this is how I found her. 

 She made herself nice and comfy soaking in the some rays!  Guess we need to have the talk about too much sun.  She knows how to enjoy a good moment!

First Piano Recital

 Nick, Mckay, and Natalie started taking piano lessons from Lynne Benham at the beginning of the school year.  They have all done so great and it has been so fun to hear them learn their songs.  It hasn't always been fun to get them to practice each day, but hopefully as they get better they will enjoy it more and more. They all did so good on their songs.

Nick played "The Persian Market" and "When the Saints Go Marching." 

 Mckay played  "Ode to Joy"

 Natalie played "Little Indian Brave" and "Electric Bass"

Thanks Lynne for helping my kids learn to love playing the piano.  She makes it so fun each week and they love going to her house! 

Blair Family Get-Together

Grandma & Grandpa Blair came into town, so we had a little get together at my parents.  Love my grandparents and wish we got to see them more!  

We all gave a little update on our lives and had a fun time visiting.

 Char brought Olivia an old dress up and Liv was so excited to wear it.

Love This Girl

 This is my sweet Natalie at her Dance Festival.  I love that the schools do these now.  Just like last year, I tear up as the kids are all out there dancing.  I love seeing the community all out there supporting the kids and the kids so excited to show us their dances! 

I love this picture of her.  She reminds me so much of myself.  I can picture myself doing the exact same thing with my hands- picking my nails when a bit nervous!  

 Yee Haw!  We made it through kindergarten and two different elementary schools!  We loved Nat's teacher Mrs. Baird and grateful for all she taught Nat this year!  We are Excited for first grade!

We Moved!

We moved out of home on Cinnamon after 9 years!  Such a bittersweet thing to leave our street and friends, but excited to build a new house and know that we will still be close.  Crazy how much stuff we have collected over the years!  We are so grateful for all those who helped us move... there was a lot of stuff!

I'm Going to Miss This!!

 A few days before we moved out of our house, I was out back watching the kids play and once again, my eyes teared up.  I can't believe we are leaving this all behind!!  We have grown up in this house!  We moved in when Nick was just 10 months old, and now my 5th baby is 5 months old.
Olivia and Ethan love to play with each other (besides when Olivia isn't being a true 2 year old!). Ethan has been Olivia's first friend and she often begged to go outside to play with Ethan.  Luckily he was out most of the time!  Olivia loved to go over and just hang out with "Ethan's Daddy."

 Natalie and Reagan have grown up together.  Her mom and I were pregnant together, twice.  We are excited that these two will be in Spanish Immersion together though.

 I'm going to miss the nightly airplane show!  For years we have been enjoying the Jeremy and now a few other guys out flying their planes.  The kids have loved the nightly flights too!

 I am really going to miss the park in the back yard.  I will miss all the visits with people as they walked by.  I will miss the random people with dogs that my kids  chased down so they could pet. 

 I'll miss all the fun on the trampoline and so grateful that we never had a serious injury on it! 

I am so grateful for the time we had on Cinnamon Circle and still can't believe we have left.  I am grateful for all the relationships we made and the amazing people we got to raise our little ones with.  I love this picture with all the kids in arms and the ones running around.  That is how our life has been over the last 9 years and I have loved every minute of it!!  I look forward to our new circle we are moving to and the new memories we will make!
